Order Issues

I usually love this stuff, but I placed an order in August. I finally get a notice that my order was shipping on 9/13, but the tracking status just says that the label was created and nothing shipped. I sent a message to Madge’s on Friday 9/22for an update about my order, but I get an email to write a review on each product yesterday 9/23. There appears to be some issues with the order. This shouldn’t take a month to get my order. Either the items are in stock to purchase or they are not.
10/19 Edit - Madges got in contact with me after my review and fixed the logistical error. I received all my order. The Bahn Mi has been a great addition to add to our vermecilli bowls.

Review

The carrot one is very good. The two rainbow sauerkrauts you sent were opened and leaking in the box after arriving and I already sent an email requesting a replacement for those two jars. Please send those asap or I will have to give you a poor review. Thank you. [****]

Weird recipe

All the recipes on YouTube show vinegar and sugar. I know a lot of people don’t like sugar, but a little bit on the sandwich is not gonna be bad. And the carrots are cut unusual, not like any of the bánh mì sandwiches I’ve had over the last 10 years. Kind of flat ribbons.
