    These Fermented Spicy Carrots should contain a warning label; "Caution May Be Addictive"!  These are made with Organic carrots and then all the delicious peppers, Mexican oregano, and garlic.  Unlike pickled carrots that become limp and floppy these Spicy Fermented Carrots maintain their crunch for a long time.

    Healthy way to snack for better gut health.

    Ingredients:  Organic carrots, purified water, jalapeno pepper, serrano pepper, garlic, habanero pepper, Mexican oregano, and pure salt.

    Storage: Store in refrigerator to extend shelf-life or prevent fizzy carbonated carrots (still safe to eat).

    A little surprised

    I have been extremely pleased with everything I have bought from Madge's, especially the spicy Kimchi, but I was a little surprised by the Taco-style carrots. They seemed less tangy and less fermented-tasting than I was expecting, and they were pretty dry. Maybe it was just this one jar. It is, after all, a hand-made product, so I know there will be variations. This doesn't change my enthusiasm for Madge's in any way. It is just my review of this one jar of this one product.

    Carrots are not just good for eyesight

    WOW!! What a surprise these were. Carrots have always been boring to me but that has all changed now that I've tried these. Fresh, Crunchy, Spicy. I eat them right out of the jar. Definitely on my recurring purchase list.

    Did not know what to expect, a case of kimchi traveling through early summer heat to Boston. I had no cause for worry, this kimchi is The bomb! Perfect fermentation, texture, kicking spice level, everything I could have hoped for! will definitely order again later in the year.

    These are the best fermented carrots Ive ever tastedand the spicy kick is spot on!
    I can eat this straight out of the jar. Its good as an appetizer, condiment or used in salads, vegetables and savory dishes.
    Its even better knowing its healthy.
